• Call U.S. Robotics Customer Support.
When you call, please have your modem
serial number (found on the modem
and on the outside of the box) ready.
• After a Support Representative has
determined that you need to return the
modem, they will give you a Service
Request Order (SRO) number.
• Ship the unit, postage paid, in a strong
box made of corrugated cardboard with
plenty of packing material.
• Include your SRO number, name, and
address on the shipping label as well as inside
the package.
